I'm officially 27 already!!

Yep, yesterday someone turned 27! I can no longer say I'm going to be 27, I already am. God, another year older but somehow I just don't feel it. To me, age is not a number.....it's more a mindset. Of course it helps if nobody believes you are 27! Haha....thanks to all those who keep telling me I look years younger!

I had an early start on my birthday. It's a Saturday and would you believe the I was up at 8am! Honey and I arranged to go ktv with Kelvin and his dear Jocelyn and Jol. So Kelvin, being our food expert, suggested we go for breakfast at this prawn noodle shop on Onan Road. Hey, it was worth waking up early for that....the prawn noodles were yummy (though not as good as Mummy dearest's!), but the best I've tasted outside of home. Then we went K-box at Paradiz for our singing session. Enjoyed myself alot! Oh and did I mention Jocelyn is very pretty and friendly? Kelvin picked up a real gem! Lucky guy!



After the ktv, we went to a friend's place for a short while. Then around 5 plus, met up with Jol again and drove her new car out to meet Ange and Mark. After a very very long and hard decision, we decided to go to Holland V for dinner. So we went to this interesting Mexican restaurant called Cha Cha Cha. Mark said it was not bad so we try try lah. It is like a more expensive version of Taco Bell. But overall, the food was ok.

Then after that, we had to think where to go for drinks and desserts! It really took us a long time to decide on anything that day!! We all have had a long day I guess and were all quite stoned. In the end, we decided to head on to East Coast McCafe. We drank tea and talked cocked....(jiao wei session as usual!). Oh and Ange and Jol bought me a little cake from Sweet Secrets so I ate it all up at McCafe. Thanks gals!

Oh I signed up with Planet Fitness together with Ange and our first session is tomorrow. I used to be a member there ages ago so now it's back there, hope I won't get tired of it too soon. I want to have a healthy life and body from now on! It is expensive to be sick here in Singapore where healthcare costs are forever rising.

I have recently picked up rollerblading! At honey's persuasion, I decided to give it a try and despite all the unglam falls on my sides, butt and knees, I dare say I love it! Going to East Coast this Tuesday to blade with honey, Jol, Ange and Mark! Can't wait, hope I can fall a little less times as it's my 3rd attempt.

Okok....enough with all that birthday mood. Tomorrow back to work...super tired! And I need to pack my barang for tomorrow's gym session. Good night!!

I'm Back Again!

Hi....guess what, I'm here again. I really love doing the disappearing act!

Well, been too busy. Running to and from home and hospital because of my grandma and preparing for my second round of auditions at Hark which took place yesterday. I forgot to thank my supporters - my honey, monkey sis, Jol, Ange, Mark, Kelvin, Elaine and her dear Daniel! Sorry I forgot to thank you guys on stage!! Too gan cheong lah.....as you all can see! My brain freeze when I'm holding a mike and standing on stage! And yes, by the way, yours truly forgot the lyrics....SHIT! Always happens to me! But lucky my 2nd song, Ah Mei's one was quite ok and went without any more boo-boos!

Oh....dear grandma is back at home. More relaxed and happy at home but then still have ups and downs. One day she is really well and the next, she will be throwing up and looking not so good. But we're all optimistic that she will get well. I'm sure she can't wait to be able to eat properly again.....now still using the feeding tube, which she obviously hates! My grandma is a foodie, just like her granddaughter!! Moi!
