Sorry for the long absence from blogging. As my close friends will know, my darling Grandma is in hospital and has been there for the past 3 weeks. She is 95 already but she is a fighter! I'm so proud of her! She suffered a lung infection at first, then chest infection then 2 heart attacks. During the first one (the first one EVER in her life!), the Cardiologist said they almost lost her but she fought to come back. Then the next morning after that, she suffered the second attack and came through it too. She spent about 5 days in ICU in Gleneagles where she received the best medical care money can buy. The doctors and nurses are so dedicated and so alert to any changes in my Grandma that I really want to hug them sometimes! The heart and lung specialists are really great doctors, they have keep us thinking positive and never letting us give up hope. Great job and I'm getting some thank you cards for the 3 main specialists and the ICU nurses for giving me my Grandma back! She is still in hospital but should be coming home soon. I can't wait! Though I suspect the nurses will miss my feisty, funny and cute Grandma!
